Carolina Place - If you love the craft-style cottage, being part of a hip neighborhood, like socializing and want to a modest price point , then check this fine neighborhood. You will get the urban feel with big sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, the lush Wallace Park, and all cozy front porches. Holly Glenn - Do you want to be in the middle of town, in a newer neighborhood with modern homes? Holly Glenn offer one of the best values for this. Located 10 minutes from Wrightsville beach, 10 minutes to downtown, close to Mayfaire and Hugh Macrae park -- this location in hard to beat. Then Shandy Point located off Greenville Loop road and on the ICWW is one to consider. Homes ICWW are not cheap but the views and quality of life they bring are worth it. You can still find older homes on in this neighborhood for fair price but they move quickly.
